Spicy oak smoke, definetly got that warm hug feeling. Honey sweetness mixes with vanilla... kinda like crème brûlée but smokier. Touches of dark fruit, think dried cherries maybe? And there’s this leather note that sneaks in later. Love how it coats the mouth, very chewy. Some pepper kicks in, then fades into sweet malt. Def a fireside sipper. 🔥 The finish? Long, warm, with a bit of ash and toasted nuts. Tho sometimes I get more apple skins than fruit, depends on the day.
