Sweet but not cloying, with dry raisins and a bready malt feel 🍞 Quite thick on the tongue, a bit salty and peppery, with apricot and a wee Chenin-like dryness. There’s a faint rubbery, tinned-sardine oddness in the background — not lovley, but it doesn’t ruin it. Overall, tight and nicely put together.
