Warm and cosy dram 🥃 Bit of honey, oak, soft smoke and a wee peppery kick. Feels mellow, slightly sweet, with a nice dry finish. Quite moreish, honestly.

Proper dram, this. 👃 Nose is honey’d orchard fruits – stewed apples & a bit of pear drop sweeties. Tiny whiff of old oak spice underneath. Then on the gob… lush, almost syrupy. 🍯 Toffee dates, a wee touch of orange peel, and a slow, gentle pepper that just tickles rather than burns. Finish hangs about lovely. Warm malted biccys and a soft ginger glow right down the chest. 🥃 Feels like a fireside dram – no sharp edges, just a mellow cosy hug. Somethin’ about it makes me think of autumn. 🍂

Just had a dram, here’s what I got: First thing on the nose — baked apples and a bit of honey 🍯🍯, really lovely. Taste-wise, there’s some warm spice (cinnamon, maybe nutmeg?) and a touch of vanilla. Mouthfeel is quite smooth, almost buttery. Finish lingers with a hint of toasted oak and maybe some dried fruit? Quite nice, really. A little floral note comes through too, like heather or something 🌸. Overall, a proper cosy sipper for a chilly evening 👍.
