Quite cosy, honestly. Bit of honey, oak, dried fruit and a wee peppery kick 🥃 Feels warm and mellow, with a slightly smoky finish. Nice for a slow evening.

First sip, it's got this lovely smokiness, kinda like a rainy day by the fire. 🔥 Then, sweet notes of toffee and apple come through, smooth as anything. Really comforting, innit? 🥃 Finish is long and warm, leaves you feeling all cozy. Proper nice, that. 😊

🥃 Kinda sweet and kinda smoky... vanilla and oak char hit first 🤤 Then a bit of cinnamon spice creeps in, like firewood with honey drizzled on. Oh and dark fruit? Maybe cherries or plums, really rich. The peat’s there but not too heavy, earthy kinda vibe. Finish is long, woody and a bit spicy. Leaves a warm, creamy feel with hints of apple and maybe some milk chocolte? 😋 Really nice balance, just... smooth and fireside-worthy. Would pour another if I wasn’t already... well. 😉
