Lovely wee dram 🥃 I get soft honey, vanilla, a bit of apple and citrus, then some gentle oak and spice. There’s a light smoky warmth too, not too much. Feels cosy, smooth-ish, with a nice dry finish. Quite easy to sit with on a chilly evening 🙂

First sip, honey sweetness hits ya, kinda sticky-like. 🍯 Then all these dried fruits pop up, figs and stuff. Oaky notes come thru, not too strong. Finish is spicy, bit of smoke, lingers nicely. Perfect for a cozy night. 😊🥃 Sometimes the vanilla's more noticable, other times it's all about that peat. Bit of a tangy aftertaste too, remindin' me of apples. Real smooth, goes down easy.
