Wow, just had a sip and it's got this distillate-led vibe, really whistle-clean from the off. Kicks off oily, kinda smooth, with a peppery kick and hints of white wine – quite nice. 😊 The smoky signature's proper classic, you know? There's a faint clean meatiness, very clean overall, reminds me of seawater. Zesty with a waxy side, lemon curd comes to mind, making it feel fresher. Peat smoke lingers for a medium length, zestier and cleaner than some I've tried. Feels like a solid 67% malt, salt and smoke upfront, almost antiseptic but in a good way. I'm getting seaweed and kippers, oysters even, like oyster juice with a squeeze of lemon juice. A bit lacks grain, but that lemon zest keeps it popping. 👍
