Warm and quite cosy 🥃 I get honey, vanilla, a little dried fruit, then some soft oak and gentle spice. Not too heavy — just a nice mellow sip, with a wee smoky edge at the end. Feels proper relaxing after a long day 🙂

Lovely wee dram 🥃 I get soft honey, a bit of vanilla, toasted oak and some gentle spice. Feels warm and cosy, with a slightly fruity finish that hangs about nicely. Not too fussy, just easy to enjoy.

Right, this one’s a proper cosy dram. Nose is all honey on toast wi’ a spoonful of thick toffee, maybe a faint whiff of orange peel and just a tiny wisp of woodsmoke, like bonfire night in the distance. 🍯🍊 On the first sip — blimey, it’s silky. Melted butter, baked apples, a dusting of cinnamon and a wee nutty crunch. That sweet, malty biscuit thing hangs about, almost like digestives dipped in tea. Just a tickle of sea salt at the very end, makes you want another sip straightaway. Finish is gentle, leaning into vanilla fudge and a touch of dried apricot. No rough edges at all. A proper fireside sipper, that. ✨🥃

Oyster hit first, like tangy sea breeze 🌊. Malty sweetness with honey drizzle 🍯. Peaty smoke in the background, subtle like 🔥. Fruity finish, a bit of spice. Quite moorish, innit? 🥃
