Hmm, the first sip... got a proper kick to it. Strong, like standing in the wind on a Scottish cliff. 🥃 Then comes this lovely warmth, spreading right through. A bit of honey, maybe? Or is it toffee? No, it's that caramelly sweetness from the oak casks, I reckon. 🍯 Wait, there's a whiff of something smoky. Not a bonfire, more like... a distant woodburning stove on a chilly evening. Comfy, that is. 🔥 The finish is long. Keeps you thinking. A little dry, a touch of spice... maybe a bit of black pepper? And then it fades, leaving you wanting another wee dram. Proper good, that. A bit of character.

Right, this whisky's got a lovely nose – think peaty and a bit of honey. On the palate, there's a creamy textur with dried fruit and a hint of spice. Finish is warming, kinda smoky. Really enjoyabel for a slow sip. 🥃😊 Just detect some citrus notes too, which add a nice balance. Maybe a touch of apple in there. Defo one to savour!
