Lovely cosy dram 🥃 I get soft smoke, a bit of honey, dried fruit, and a warm spicy finish. Feels easygoing but still got some depth — proper nice on a quiet evening.

Ooh this one's a right proper sipper! 🥃 Furst thing ye get is like a warm apple pie wif cinnamon, innit? Caramel swirlin round too. Then - boom - smoke hits ya, but not like a bonfire more like… bacon cookin in the distance? Kinda cozy. Mid-palate gets all malty an’ a bit o’ honey, maybe some toasted oak. Lingers on the tongue wif a touch o’ dark chocolate an’ a pinch o’ sea salt 🧂 Proper autumn dram this one.
