Quite cosy, this one 🥃 I get soft vanilla, a bit of honey, some dried fruit, and a gentle oaky warmth. Wee touch of spice at the end, but nothing too harsh. Feels like a nice slow sipper on a cool evening.

Quite cosy on the nose — a bit of honey, oak, and dried fruit 🥃 Tastes warm and mellow, with a wee spicy kick. Finish is soft, slightly sweet, and lingers nicely. Proper easy to sip.

Right then, so... 🤔 Think I need a moment here. This one's... a bit wild, innit? Starts off with a proper fiery kick 🔥, like embers in the grate. Then it mellows out, gets all smooth and, like, chewy? Nah, that's not the word... *rich*. Yeah, rich. Like a fancy chocolate mousse but, ackchually, for your tongue. 😋 There's a hint of something green in there, maybe? Cut grass after the rain. 🌧️ Very al fresco. The finish is dead long and warm. 🍵 Just sits there, comfy as you like. Could almost taste a bit of... tree bark? But nice tree bark, if that makes sense. 💰 Definitely a "slow sipper", not for necking down the pub. Quite lovely, all in all. Cheers. 😌

Right, so I've just had a dram of this one. 😌 Nose is soft, like walking into a bakery on a Sunday morning – buttered toast with a drizzle of honey, maybe a whiff of orchard fruits, apples and pears stewin' gently. 🍯🍞 Getting a wee hint of vanilla custard too, and somethin' floral, like dried heather. On the palate... oof, that's cosy. 🌾 It’s smooth, slightly oily, coating the mouth. There's that maltiness right at the front, then a wave of toffee and caramel, almost like those chewy sweets gran used to have. A sparkle of citrus peel cuts through – lemon zest, pith and all. 🍋 After a sec, a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg warmth, very gentle, nothing shouty. Finish is medium, leaving a faint trace of oak and a peppery tingle. There’s a creamy nuttiness lingerin', like almond milk. End with a whisper of woodsmoke... so subtle you could miss it. 🔥 Doesn’t try too hard, just a proper easy sipper. Feel like I could sit by the fire with this for hours.

Right, poured a dram last night. 🥃 Smells like peat and honey, proper nostalgic 🍂. Hits the palate warm, bit of spice tingles the throat 🔥. Finish lingers like an old friend, dosnt fade too quick. Makes you wanna chill by the fire. Bit rough sometimes but thats part of the fun innit? 😌 Lovely colur in the glass. 🥃
