Right, just had a wee dram after work. 🥃 Nose is proper nice, hint of honey and maybe some orchard fruit? 🍏 Takes a moment to open up... On the palate, it's warm. Spicy kick but not harsh. Finish is medium, leaves a bit o' oak on the tongue. 🪵 Reckon it's best neat, water kills the flavour imo. Proper cozy for a Tuesday eve. ☔️ Smoth enough for daily drinkin. Cheers mates! 🍻
