Right then, let’s have a wee sip… Nose is all stewed apples an’ a whiff of sea salt. Touch of heather honey too 🍯🌊 Palate? Warm baked pears, bit of cinnamon, then this lovely slow smokiness creeps in—like a dying campfire. Finish is soft peat and a hint of dark choc’late. Makes yer chest feel fuzzy. Definately one to savour slow. Proper cosy dram for a drizzly evening. 🔥🥃

Honestly, this one's a bit of a puzzle to unwrap but here goes... 🥃 Right so, first sip — loads of vanilla and a bit of caramel sweetness, like proper fudge yknow? Then there's this woody thing goin on, reminds me of old oak furniture. Quite warming tbh. Getting some dried fruit vibes as it sits, raisins maybe? Aand there's deffo a nuttiness there, like toasted almonds or summit. 🌰 The finish is lovely ngl — a bit of smoke, not too much mind, just enough. Some spice creeping in, ginger perhaps? And a whisper of dark chocolate at the end. Overall it's well balanced innit. Rich but not overwhelmin. The kind of dram you'd want on a rainy evening with ur feet up 🛋️ Proper decent stuff

Right, so I'm nosing this now and honestly it's quite lovely 🥃 Getting some proper nice vanilla notes, bit of honey, maybe a touch of sherry sweetness? Like a warm toffee pudding almost. Take a sip and wow, it's so smooth. There's this creamy mouthfeel, some dried fruit coming thru, a bit of cinnamon spice. Quite complex but not in a trying-too-hard way if you know what I mean. The finish lingers nicely 👌 warm and slightly oaky, maybe a hint of dark chocolate at the very end. Proper good stuff this. Would defo have another dram by the fire 🔥 Nice balance between sweet and smoky without being too peaty. Very drinkable like. 8/10 would recommend

Right, so this one's got a real warmth to it. First sip hits with some caramel, maybe a bit of honeyed sweetness? 🤤 Then there's this gentle smokiness, like a distant bonfire. Some fruity notes come through too, plums or somethin' dark. The finish is smooth, a bit oaky and long-lasting. Quite nice, actually. 👍 Could sip this all evening.

Blimey, this one’s got layers. 🥃 First hit is proper campfire smokiness, but not too harsh. Then comes through a lovely sweetness... like honey and dried fruit. Oaky, aye, with a bit of spice on the tongue. Nutmeg? Cinnamon? Makes you sit up and take notice. Finishes long, warming, with a hint of dark chocolate. 🍫 A proper winter dram, that’s what it is.
