First hit smells like camphor and herbal mouthwash mixed with something... hmm, almost like anchovy paste? Definitely oily and tarry, like old rope by the harbour. Taste is crazy salty, like butter melted over seawater, then this sooty, petrolly note comes through. Feels wonderfully oily, like lanolin or putty. There’s something meaty, like pork scratchings, and a hint of iodine with chopped green herbs. 🤔 Finish goes on forever, turning a bit limey and mentholated, with that salty butter hanging around. Like someone poured pickled brine and petrol over seashells... weirdly satisfying.

第一口下去，哇，这油润感真的太抓人了，像古董车房里那种用旧了的抹布混合着一丝汽油味。咸咸的，是海浪溅起来的那种咸，还带着点... 嗯，腌海鲜罐头的联想？ 烟熏味很结实，但不是那种生硬的烟，更像烤谷物时飘起的、暖烘烘的烟，底下还垫着一层像是潮湿的石灰墙或海藻的矿物感。喝下去喉咙那里有点凉凉的，薄荷感，但紧接着盐味就上来了，非常明显。 回味超长，先是咸黄油和一丝甜甜的、像古老蜂蜜酒的感觉，接着是烧焦的木头灰烬味，还有些干燥的木质香，檀香吗？最后留下很明亮的柠檬皮和草药茶的风味，嘴巴里感觉特别干净、清透。 有意思的是，它好像会变，加点水或者放一会儿，会显得更清新年轻些。整体感觉很集中，很油，像液态的焦油，但又不腻，结构紧绷，把那么多不同的味道（烟熏、海水、草药、一点点肉香像猪肉脆片）都管得服服帖帖的，复杂的让人着迷。👍

Lovely warm dram 🥃 Bit of honey, oak and a soft spicy kick. Feels cosy, smooth-ish, with a wee dry finish. Nice for a quiet evening.

Blimey, this one's a right cosy dram. Nose is all heather honey and stewed orchard fruit, with a whisp of bonfire toffee. Palate rolls in smooth—like melted butter on warm toast. That gentle oak spice wanders about without ever shoutin. Finish? Just a wee wisp of smoke and a flicker of candied peel, gone too soon. Could sit with this all evening, rain tappin the window. 🥃✨ Defo need a splash to let it breath.
