Right, so first sip and immediately gettin' loads of honey 🍯 and apple, like proper autumn vibes ya know? Then there's this toffee sweetness comin through, bit of pear maybe? And a nice touch of cream 🥛 smoothin it all out. Mid-palate the spices kick in 👌 cinnamon, clove... quite warming actually. Getting some oak too, proper woody like. Finish is longer than expected!! Vanilla, caramel, bit of cherry 🍒... smoke lingers at the end, subtle like, not overpowering. Oh and theres defo chocolate notes hiding in there somewhere 🍫 Overall quite complex init? Sweet n spicy at the same time, really nice balance 👍 would defo have another dram of this one haha
