Quite warming and mellow 🥃 Bit of honey, spice, and soft oak going on. A tiny smoky edge too, but not too much. Feels cosy, like a slow sip on a chilly evening. Nice and easy, with a gentle dry finish.

Nosing: smokey and sweet with a touch of honey. 🥃 Pallet: peaty kick, spicy notes, really warms you up. Finish is long and fruity. Cracking stuff! 😋🔥

Right, so... first sip, right? 🥃 It's got this... rich, kinda smooth thing going on. I get a bit of honey and maybe some baked apple? Yeah, that's it. And then... oh, there's a gentle warmth that spreads. Not harsh, just... comforting. You know? Like a woody, slightly spicy note comes through near the end. Makes me think of a crackling fire on a rainy day. Proper autumnal vibe. 🍂 Just a really easy, pleasant drink. Not too complicated. Lovely.
