Ooh this one's got some proper character! First sip: You get that warm, woody thing straight away - bit like being wrapped in a cashmere blanket by a fireplace 🪵 Then comes this sneaky sweetness... not sugary but more like dried fruits left in a warm pocket for ages. Maybe a touch of orange peel? Finish is where it gets interesting - lingers with this gentle smokiness that's not overpowering, just... there. Like someone's making toast in the next room 🍞 Really smooth overall though - none of that harsh burn, just a nice warm glow spreading right through. Proper winter warmer, this one. Would go brilliant with a bit of dark chocolate after dinner 🍫
