Right then, so this one's got a proper autumnal feel to it 🍂. First off, I'm getting loads of apple and a bit of citrus, like a sharp lemon zest. Then it moves into this warm, honeyed middle – really quite comforting. There's a toasty note, almost like the caramelised bit on a crème brûlée. Yum. The finish is where it gets interesting. A gentle puff of smoke, not peaty-smoky, more like woodsmoke from a bonfire. A whisper of spice lingers, maybe a cinnamon stick. It's got a lovely weight to it too. Overall, it's like a hug in a glass. Warming, a bit fruity, a bit sweet, with just enough oak and smoke to keep it proper serious. Right tasty, this is. 👌
