Ooh that's a proper one, innit? Nose of burnt sugar and... is that vanilla? Yeah, with some damp wood. Smoky on the tongue but not overpowering. Like a bonfire in autumn. Then comes a bit of fruit, maybe plum? Got a nice spicy kick at the back. 🤔 Finish is long and warming. Leaves you with this cozy feeling, like a good woolly jumper. 👍 A solid winter dram, that.
