Warm and cosy, with a gentle sweet spice thing going on. Feels a bit like dried fruit, soft oak, and a wee touch of smoke 🥃 Easy to sip, quite comforting, and nicely mellow.

Nose 🍯: Getting loads of honey and vanilla first, quite sweet. Little bit of sherry fruit in ther as well, maybe some orange peel? Rich and warm, defintly a dessert-y vibe going on. Palate 🍎: Oh that's lovely. Toffee and dark chocolate hit first, then some dried fruit - raisins I think. Bit of cinnamon spice creeps in, with a touch of oak woodiness. Really smooth mouthfeel, not harsh at all. 🔥 Finish: Medium-long. Some peat smoke comes through at the end, nicely balanced. Earthy notes, little bit of leather. The sweetness lingers on the tongue 🤤 Overll quite a rich dram, perfect for a cold evening with a good book. Would defo have another glass 👌🥃
