Warm and a bit smoky, with a wee touch of dried fruit and spice. Feels cosy, smooth-ish, and slightly sweet at the end 🥃 Nice for a quiet evening, honestly.

Right, so this one's got a real kick of smoke at first, like a bonfire night on the nose 🔥. Underneath, there's some lovely fruity bits – maybe pear drops or stewed apple – and a bit of spice, cinnamon perhaps? Mouthfeel's quite smooth, but the smoke keeps things intresting. A hint of dark chocolate comes through right at the end. A proper winter dram, that one. 🥃

Right, so here's what I'm getting... 🥃 First sip - quite gentle innit? Lots of vanilla and honey coming through, maybe a touch of caramel underneath. Then there's this lovely floral thing happening... like walking past a garden in spring 🌸 Hints of pear and apple too, quite fresh. The oak is there but not pushy, more like old wood in a cosy pub. Getting some gentle spice - cinnamon perhaps? Creamy mouthfeel, really smooth going down. A bit of nuttiness on the finish, almost like toasted almonds. Overall it's quite easy-drinking, not too complex but pleasant enough for a quiet evening 🍂 Would pair nicely with a biscuit or two. Nothing offensive here, just a decent dram that does what it says on the tin really 👍
