Quite fresh and coastal 🌊 I get green apples, kiwi and a bit of pink grapefruit, with that oolong/green tea dryness. There’s a crisp white wine feel, almost Verdejo, plus a wee touch of paper and greenhouse air. Finish is gentle, dry, slightly woody-bitter, with bitter almond and watermelon rind. Nice and clean.

Quite warming and easy-going 🥃 I get a bit of honey, dried fruit, light oak and a wee peppery kick. Smooth enough, with a cosy, slightly smoky finish. Feels like a good slow sip on a chilly evening.

Warm and mellow, with a wee bit of spice and oak. Feels cosy rather than heavy — the kind of dram I’d sip slowly on a quiet evening 🥃 Slight sweetness, a touch of smoke, and a nice dry finish. Pretty comforting, tbh.

Right then... *nose in the glass*... 🥃 Lovely stuff. Get a big hit of that peat smoke at first, kinda earthy, like a bonfire in the distance. 🔥 Then it opens up. Bit of leather, some dark fruit... plums, maybe? Very warming going down. The finish is long, got a nice woody, oaky note with a bit of vanilla sweetness coming thru. Just a really solid, comforting dram for a chilly evenin'. Slightly smoky, very smooth. Yep. That'll do nicely. 🙂
