Sitting by the fire, this one's got a real cosy vibe 🥃 First off, the smell... smoky but not like a bonfire, more like sweet woodsmoke mixed with honey 🍂 and maybe a bit of stewed fruit? Take a sip... oh wow, there's a lovely warmth that spreads right across the tongue. It's spicy but gentle, like cinnamon or nutmeg, with that honeyed sweetness coming through again. The finish is nice and long, leaving a sort of dried fruit and vanilla aftertaste. Really warming, perfect for a chilly evening. It's not complicated, just really... comforting. Like a good hug in a glass 😊 Definitely one I'd enjoy slowling on a quiet night in.
