Right so, poured meself a dram and wow... 🥃 First thing - loads of creamy vanilla and honey, proper lovely stuff. Then ther's this gentle smokiness that creeps in, not overpowering but definetly there. Getting some dark chocolate and dried fruits too, maybe raisins? Slighty nutty aswell which is nice. Touch of spice at the end, like cinnamon or summat. Finish is long and warm, realy coats the tongue. Reminds me abit of those fancy toffees me nan used to keep 🍬 Honestly quite impressed, would definitley pour another. Maybe two. 😅 Perfect for a chilly evening innit
