A wee dram this evening 🥃 Nose is all honied orchard fruits, bit of toffee apple, then a wiff of seasalt breeze. Palate’s soft at first, then that warm spice kicks in – cinamon, nutmeg, almost like a chai tea. tiny whisper of peat smoak at the back, but it’s gentle, not a bonfire. Finish is oily, coats your mouth, leaves a dry oaky tang and a returning sweetness. Belter of a sip, proper cosy vibes ✨
