这杯颜色真好看，像深金色里透着点红铜光✨ 第一感觉是甜，明显的雪莉桶风味，但不是那种糖浆似的腻。满嘴都是果脯——葡萄干、无花果，甚至有点像榅桲果冻？吞下去后口腔里还留着长长的、温暖的甜，带点干草和淡淡的茶叶香。 有意思的是它虽然甜，但酒体并不厚重，反而挺轻盈的。偶尔能捕捉到一丝紫藤花般的香气混在果味里，偶尔又是月桂叶的草本气…整体挺成熟，不像太年轻的酒。 收尾时甜味会稍微变淡，转向更干燥的果香和一点点烟草感。有点像在喝一杯加了糖的高品质绿茶，但底下藏着整个果脯店😊 这个PX桶的风格挺明显的，不过处理得还算平衡。

Poured a pale dram, full gold with coppery edges — proper depth. Nose has drifted past the raisin storm, no more raisins at all, just discreet whiffs of wisteria blossom poking through. A little tobacco leaf too, but it’s definitely sweet Sherry, PX-ed whisper. Richer cake spice, fruitcaky richness, but somehow grassier than the others… like a thin layer of figs and then bags and bags and bags of sultanas. Practically ultra-fortified Banyuls or Rivesaltes in a glass. Sip’s got quince jelly wobble and that mellow tobacco hum. Good maturity shows, mustn’t be very young. Same whisky as the 22, just with a longer finish this time — rather long. Good cuvée, this.

Right, so this dram’s got a nose like . . . blimey, melted demerara and stewed pears 🍐, wiv a wee whisp of cinnamon bark. Palatte’s proper velvety, coat-yer-tongue soft, bringin’ along butterscotch and a whisper of baked orange peel. The finish? Warm an’ gently spiced, a oaky hum that sticks about for ages. It’s not one of them peat monsters—just a lush, cosy sipper for a rainy Tuesday. Cracker of a drop, innit? 😋

Right, so this one's got quite a punch on the nose 🔥 Getting loads of spice and like... dried fruit maybe? Sort of thing you'd have with a nice cheese board init On the palate it's proper smooth though, wasnt expecting that. Bit of vanilla, bit of honey coming through 🍯 Finish is quite long actually, warming the back of yer throat nicely Could deffo see meself having a few drams of this on a cold evening tbh Pretty solid 👍

Hmm, this one's got a bit of a... nose? 🤔 Like burnt toast smeared with marmalade, left on a rainy windowsill. First sip is all sharp citrus, stings a bit, then fades into something warm and woody – old library books, maybe. There's a whisper of smoke, like distant bonfire. Reminds me of autmun walks, crunchy leaves underfoot. Finish is long, kinda dry. Makes you wanna sit back and sigh. Yeah... not bad at all. 🥃
