Well, this one hits you right away with a spicy kick, sort of like ginger and cinnamon doing a little dance. Very dry, almost like sipping over-brewed tea that's gone tannic. The oak is just... everywhere. It's not subtle; more like chewing on a pencil or walking into a carpenter's shop. Sawdust and more sawdust. There's a gritty texture too. Oddly, there's a fleeting sweetness underneath—coconut cream or maple syrup—but it gets bulldozed by the wood. Ends with a bitter cocoa and some lavender, which is interesting. Frankly, it's all about the oak. A real wood-fest. 🪵 Sometimes I get a hint of that spicy bread with custard, but mostly it's just drying and woody. A bit much for me, maybe.
