Alright so this one's got a lovely golden amber colour innit 🥃 First sip - proper buttery on the tongue, like melted toffee mixed with warm honey 🍯. Bit of vanilla there too, very smooth. Then the fruits come thru... gettin some ripe pear, maybe plum? Ooh and a bit of sherry sweetness sneakin in 🍐✨ The mid palate brings out proper biscuity malt flavour, like digestives fresh from the packet lol. Theres definately cinnamon and a touch of nutmeg goin on 🫘 Finish is where it gets interestin - nice bit of ginger spice, some woody oak notes. Hints of dark chocolate at the end 🍫 Overall its a right proper sipper that one. Quite warmin on a cold evening, perfect for when your sat by the fire with ya feet up 👍 Not too peaty which I appriciate, more on the sweeter side but not cloyin or nothin. Would pair lovely with a bit of cheddar actually 🧀 Solid dram that mate, 8/10 would definately have again x
