Right, got a glass here... nose is proper honey and vanilla, like stepping into a sweetshop. 🥃 First sip, it's all butterscotch and stewed apples, really smooth. Some lemon zest cutting through at the end. Proper easy-drinking, this one. A bit of toasted oak comes out after a minute. Feel that warm finish down the throat, lovely.
