Lovely cosy dram 🥃 Bit of honey, soft oak, and a wee smoky warmth. Feels mellow, comforting, and easy to sip on a chilly evening. Nice little tingle at the end.

Nose first: a mix of smoky bacon 👃 and sweet caramel, almost like bonfire toffee. Then you get a bit of orchard fruit, apples maybe. Taste-wise, it's all warm honey and vanilla at the start, yummm. Then comes a spicy kick – think cinnamon and clove. A bit of dark chocolate bitterness rounds it out. Finish is long, warming, with a lingering woodsmoke and a touch of orange peel. Really nice drop, that. 🔥
