Right then, had a proper dram last nite. 👍 First off, it's all warm and golden, luvly colour like old oak. Smell it and you get this big hit of... 'oney an' apples? 🍯🍎 Like a posh crumble or summink. Taste-wise, it's proper smooth. There's that sweet caramel/vanilla thing goin on, then a bit of spicy oak creeps in. Quite fruity, maybe some dried fruit? Not too peaty, just a whisper of smoke in the back, like a distant bonfire. 🔥 Finish is long an' warm, leaves ya with a bit of dark chocolate an' spice. Reckon it'd be grand after a good meal. Nice one. 👍

First thing I notice is that smoky aroma, right proper 🌲. Then comes this sweet, almost hiney-like flavour 🍯. Goes down smoothe as anything, with a bit of a spicy kick at the end. Love it! 😋

Right, so this one's got quite the character. 🔥 Starts with a proper peaty kick, kinda smoky but not overwhelmingly so. After that, it opens up into this lovely sweetness – sorta like dried fruits and a bit of honey. 🍯 The mouthfeel is really smooth, not harsh at all. There's a gentle warmth that builds, with hints of spice and maybe some dark chocolate in the background. 🍫 The finish lingers nicely, leaving a sort of cozy, slightly oaky aftertaste. Really enjoyable! 👍 *Quite a satisfying dram, that.*
