Right, so this one’s got a lovely gentle peat — no’ a punch, more like a damp bonfire on a misty mornin’ 🌫️ Sweetness hits right after, honey’d orchard fruits 🍎🍯, then a wee bit of vanilla fudge creepin’ in. Mid-palate it turns all spicy, cracked black pepper and a hint of cinammon 🌶️ Finish is soft oak and a faint salted caramel vibe, lingers nicely but doesn’t outstay its welcome. Solid dram for a dreich Tuesday.

Right, so first wee sip… ooft, that’s proper sweet. 🍯 Honey'd apple and a whisper of vanilla fudge, then this gentle wave of cinnamon. Bit of a smokey tease at the end, like a campfire in the distance. 🔥 Mouthfeel’s silky, no harsh edge at all. Finish hangs about nicely—warm, spicey, just a tad dry. Lovely dram for a rainy evening, innit. ✨
