Quite cosy, really — a bit of honey, soft oak, dried fruit and a wee peppery kick. Feels warm and mellow, with a slightly smoky finish 🥃 Nice for a slow sip on a chilly evening.

Quite cosy, this one. I get honey, vanilla and a bit of orange zest first, then some gentle oak and warm spice. Feels smooth and mellow, with a wee gingery tingle at the end 🥃 Nice for a slow evening, not too fussy.

Aright, so this one's a bit of a journey, innit? 🥃 First whiff, it's proper smoky - like a bonfire on the beach. 🌊 Then you get some lovely sweet stuff, like honey and a bit of vanilla. On the palate, oof, it's quite fiery at first, but that fades into somethin' really fruity. Think stewed apples, maybe? 🍎 And there's a definite spicy kick, like black pepper. The finish is long and warming, a bit like dark chocolate. 🍫 It's a robust one, not for the faint-hearted, but dead interesting.

Honey sweetness and vanilla smooth it all out. Oaky finish, real good! 👍 Damn, teh mouthfeel is creamy too. Feels like a warm hug. Slight floral touch, like heather. A bit of citrus zing at teh end. 🍋 Love it!

First sip – wow, that’s proper smooth. 🥃 Got this lovely fruity sweetness, like baked apples with a drizzle of honey. 🍯 Then a bit of spice comes through, almost like gingerbread. Finishes with a warm, smoky hug – really comforting. 🔥 Not too harsh, just rolls around the tongue nicely. Would deffo have another, especially on a chilly evening. 💨
