Right so I had a dram last night and honestly? Pure bliss 😍 Started off with this lovely toffee sweetness, proper rich and warming on the first sip. Then there's this subtle vanilla and honey coming through - absolutely gorgeous 👌 A bit of apple and pear fruitiness in there too, keeps it from being too heavy. The oak is there but not overdone, you know? Just adds a nice bit of depth. Got a touch of smokiness which I love, not too peaty but enough to give it character 🔥 The finish is where it really shines though - creamy, almost buttery with a hint of cinnamon spice that just lingers. Proper smooth. Honestly could sip this all evening. Really well balanced, not too sweet not too dry. Just hits different on a cold night innit 🥃

Spicy oak and honey on the nose 👃 Quite a sweet taste, reallly. Vanilla and some chewy toffee. Goes down smoothly, warms the chest. Nice one for a rainy afternoon 🌧️

It's like... a campfire near an orchard, y'know? 🍂 Smoky, but with sweet caramel and baked apples underneath. Sometimes a bit of leather and dark chocolate pop up too. Just a lovely, warming dram for a rainy afternoon. 🥃💨

Right, had a wee dram tonight. 🥃 Nose is proper nice, hint of vanila and oak maybe. 🌳 Taste... smoth like, bit of spice on the tongue. 🔥 Finish linger abit longer than expeced. Reckon it's a good un. Cheers! 🍻

Right, poured a glass after work. 🥃 Nose is lovely, bit of smoke and dried fruit 🍇. Taste is warm... definetly some oak and spice. Goes down smoth enough. Finish stays with you. Proper good this one. Ideal for the rain outside 🌧️. Cheers mates 🍻.
