Alright, first impression? It's got that proper ginger and apple crumble vibe. 🍎 A bit of smoky background, like a campfire that's almost out. The spice kicks in later, mainly cinnamon and a hint of black pepper. Mouthfeel's quite smooth, gets a bit oily as it lingers. Ends with a dry, lemony note and... is that marzipan? Yeah, and a touch of toffee. Pretty complex, but all comes together nicely. 🔥

Right so first thing on the nose, gettin this lovely honey and vanilla combo, maybe a bit of dried fruit lingerin in teh background. Subtle smokiness too, not overpowring like 🍯 Palate is proper smooth tbh, quite warmin actually. Getting toffee, a touch of apple, some gentle spice. Very malty which I do enjoy. There's a creamy butteryness to it that's quite nice 🧈 Finish is long and warm, slight dryness at the end, bit of that peat just sittin there. Oak comin through aswell. Honestly a really pleasant dram. Would definitley pour meself another. Perfect for a quiet evening innit 🥃✨

First off, you get this rich, smoky aroma wafting up – like a bonfire in the countryside. 🏕️ Then there's peat, very earthy and deep, almost mossy. Sweet notes come through, honey and a bit of vanilla, making it smooth. 🍯 Hints of fruitiness too, maybe some apple or pear. Quite a comforting dram, really. 😊
