Nose: Sweet caramel, sort of like... 🍯? And a bit of green apple, maybe. Palate: Oh! Creamy vanilla first, then a bit of spicy heat 🔥. There's a fruity thing, like... dried apricots? And just a whisper of smoke. Finish: Medium, with this lovely warmth spreading. A hint of oak wood lingers. Quite enjoyabel, realy. 👌

Had a dram of this last night, gotta say the nose is proper complex 👃 Started with a hit of honeydew melon and some floral notes, then a bit of toasty oak crept in. On the palate, it's surprisingly smooth for its age. Get a nice balance of stewed fruits—like plums and figs—and a gentle spice, maybe cinnamon or clove? There's a wee hint of smoke at the back, but it's no heavy peat monster, more like a distant bonfire. The finish lingers with a sweet, almost malty undertone and a touch of dark chocolate. Really enjoyed this one, felt like a proper fireside sipper 🥃
