Nose: getting some lovely honey an vanilla, hint of oak maybe? 🍯 Palate: smooth as anything tbh, bit of caramel, slight spice that builds up nicely. Got some fruity notes too, appley sort of thing 🍎 Finish: decent length, warms you up without being harsh. Oaky at the end, lingers a bit Deffo a nice sipper for a quiet evening in 👌 Would have again like

Hmm, let me try this one. 🥃 Furst sip... wow, that's smooth. Got this nice hit of honey 🍯 and vanilla, like, straight away. Really lovely. Then it sorta opens up, y'know? A bit of stewed apple 🍎 and some gentle spice, maybe ginger or cinnamon. Quite warming, not harsh at all. I'm getting a real sweet note, too. Like toffee or caramel, maybe? And there's a wee bit of dried fruit in there, raisins or somethin'. Wonder if it's a sherry cask thing? 🍷 The finish is long and kinda woody, but in a good way. Stays with you. A proper winter dram, this. 👍 Just wish I could remember what it was called! 😅
