Honestly, this one’s got a proper kick. First sniff is all bonfire smoke and a bit of brine 🌊, like a peaty hug from Islay. Let it sit though, and there’s stewed apples and a sneaky drop of honey 🍎🍯, almost like a crumble in a glass. The warmth spreads slowly. It’s oily and coats your mouth with a toffee-ish, slightly salty caramel vibe. Mid-sip, you get a spike of pink peppercorn and dark chocolate powder – not bitter, just rich. The smoke never leaves, it's just hanging out in the bacground like a cozy campfire 🔥. Finish is long and leaves a tingle. A bit of leathery dryness and a puff of clove at the very end. Proper dram for a rainy evening. Cheers 🥃.
