Proper dram this. Nose is all dried fruit & a whiff of heather honey 🍯 Palate’s rich, oily – dark toffee, a wisp of peat smoke, then a wee prickle of ginger 🌿 Finish lingers forever, oaky spice and just a memory of sea salt. Cracking sip, that. 👌

Oh mate, this one’s a proper sit-by-the-fire dram 🔥 First nosing and it’s like sticking your head in a tin of stewed pears and demerara sugar, but there’s this faint whiff of bandaids and sea spray just behind it. Weird but it works. Sippin’ it neat – silky, almost oily on the tongue. You get a burst of toffee apple and sultanas right off, then a sort of salty, earthy smack, like licking a pebble on a rainy beach 🪨🌧 The warmth builds slow, wraps round your chest like a wool blanket. Mid-palate there’s a spark of citrus peel, maybe a flake of dark choccie, and a distant bonfire note that’s more memory than taste. Finish is long and kinda drying, with a whisper of smoked tea and a touch of pepper. Leaves your gums tingling nice. Wouldn’t call it refined, but it’s got soul, you know? Sorta dram that makes you go “ahh” and stare at the glass for a bit 🥃

Right, let's dive into this one, shall we? 🥃 First sip, it's like a hug from a smoky bonfire 🔥 – proper comforting, that. Then you get this sweet hit, almost like vanilla custard with a dash of honey 🍯. Fruity bits sneak in too, maybe some baked apple or pear 🍐. It's definately got a spicy kick at the end, warming you right up. Luvly stuff, really – makes you want to sit back and savour it. Cheers! 😋

Right, so this dram… first sniff I get this lovely waft of stewed orchard fruits – apple & pear, with a bit of honey drizzled over 🍯. On the palate it’s surprisinly round. Like buttery toffee, a dusting of cinnamon, and a wee touch of oak that never gets in the way. Finish lingers with that gentle smoulder of peat smoke and a saline tang, almost like seaweed crisps 🌊 barley sugar lingers after. Smashin.
