Just had a sip of this one. It's quite nice! On the nose, there's a hint of peat smoke 🔥, but it's soft, not aggressive. Get some citrus and honey sweetness underneath. The taste is lovely – a bit like golden syrup and gingerbread, with a nice spicy oak warmth. 🥃 It's got a good, long finish. Feels like a hug on a cold evening. A very pleasant dram. 👍
