第一口尝起来有种质朴的泥士和根茎味道，让我想起农家院子里新挖的turnips和celeriac。接着是熟透的plums和香蕉的甜味，混着点像刚发酵好的果酱气息。 有点意思的是，这味道莫名让我联想到果渣白兰地那种whacky的感觉，后面还有淡淡的杏仁和草束香。 回味居然挺长，收尾时居然有缕缕salty touch，像海风拂过。整体挺intriguing的，有点惊喜 😊

This one's got a lovely nose - like ripe bananas and toasty almonds, with a hint of that classic coffee liqueur vibe underneath. Taste-wise, it's interesting... almost like fresh wine notes playing with some earthy, root vegetable things (turnips? salsify?). Strangely works! Finishes rather long with a ghost of apricot brandy and gentle plums. Quite the intriguing dram. 🥃

Lovely wee dram 🥃 I get soft smoke, honey, a bit of vanilla and oak. Warms up nicely, with a gentle spicy kick and a slightly dry finish. Feels cosy, easy to sip, proper nice on a chilly evening 🙂

Lovely warm dram 🥃 I get vanilla, soft oak, a bit of citrus and dried fruit. Slight spice comes through, with a gentle smoky edge. Feels cosy, a touch sweet, and nicely warming on a chilly evening. Very sippable, no fuss.

Quite mellow, bit of honey and dried fruit, with a wee touch of oak. Feels warm and cosy, like a quiet night in 🥃 Finish is gentle, slightly spicy, and pretty easy-going.
