Right, first sip – ooh, salty tang hits me, like a day by the seaside. Then it goes all sweet and caramely, with vanilla notes creepin' in. The smoke's gentle, not overpowerin', and there's peat and honey in the background. Spices and fruits dance around, all wrapped in oak. Really enjoyable, that! 😊 Cheers! 🥃

Ooh this one's a right treat! 🥃 Very smooth, almost creamy on the tounge. Getting loads of vanilla and a bit of caramel sweetness... maybe some honey too? 🍯 There's a lovely warm spicey note coming through, like cinnamon or sumthing. And yeah, deffo picking up some fruitiness - apples maybe? 🍎 The smoke is there but not too heavy, more like a gentle peatiness in the background. Nice oak flavour too 👌 Really long finish that just lingers, warm and cozy. Fink this wud be perfect for a cold evening by the fire 🔥 Proper good dram this one, wouldnt say no to another glass! 😄
