Quite cosy this one — a bit of honey, soft oak and a wee touch of spice. Feels warm, mellow, and easy to sit with on a rainy evening 🥃 Bit of dried fruit too, maybe orange peel. Nice n’ comforting.

Ah right, so it's got that lovely warm peat smoke, like a bonfire on the beach 🏖️. Then there's this sweet, runny honey note that just... lingers. A bit of stewed fruit too, maybe apples? Honestly, it's proper smooth. Perfect for a cold night. 🔥 Had a bit of a spicy kick at the end, like black pepper. Really moreish stuff.

Right, had a pour just now 🥃. Nose is proper sweet, like honey and dried fruit 🍇. Bit of smoke too, reminds me of a cozy fire 🔥. Taste is warm... oak, maybe some spice tingling the tongue. Finish lasts quite a while, very soothing like. Definetly one to savur on a rainy day 🌧️. Cheers mate.
