Right, so this one’s impressively on Gewurztraminer – medium body, gold in the glass, and just bursts with litchis. Get out of here, it’s practically litchi juice at first sniff. Then the rose petals and rose jelly come through, really fresh, almost like a spot of parfait amour or that Mei-kwei-lu my mate once brought back. There’s a proper marc de Gewurztraminer vibe, those muscaty touches lending it a gently floral, sweet edge. The flavours are rather similar throughout, never wavering – which works a treat. Lovely stuff.

Warm and a bit smoky, with honey, dried fruit and a soft spicy kick. Feels cosy, like a quiet evening by the fire 🥃 Nice lingering finish, slightly oaky and sweet.

Crackin’ dram, this. Nose is pure honey’d nuts n’ a gentle wisp o’ smoke. Palate’s proper rich – think stewed orchard fruits, a wee burst of citrus zest, then that warm toffee apple vibe. Finish is all oaky spice and a whisper of dried peel. Slips down far too easy. 🥃✨

Warm and a bit smoky, with honey, oak and a wee citrus lift 🍯🥃 Feels cosy, slightly spicy, then goes mellow with a soft dry finish. Nice for a slow sip on a chilly evening.

Right, so... *sniffs glass* 🤔 Definitely get that classic smokey thing, but it's more like a distant bonfire, not overpowering. Then there's this lovely sweetness – honey, maybe a bit of toffee? *Mmm, sip*... 😌 Oh, that's nice. Smooth. Got a bit of vanilla and a whisper of... cinnamon? Or nutmeg? Something warm and spiced. Finish is long and warming. A hint of orange peel and a dry, slightly woody note comes through. Proper job. 👍 favoured journey, that one.
