Lovely golden dram 🥃 Feels round and a bit oily, with pear drops, quince and green fruit up front. Then you get bergamot, rosehip tea, nutmeg and warm mulling spices. There’s a soft earthy peat smoke, a wee tarry soap thing, liquorice and lapsang tea. Quite waxy, a touch mineral, and nicely long. Proper cosy, but with some muscle.

Right, here goes: Nose is proper warm, like sticky toffee pud 🍮 and a whiff of orange peel drifting thru. Bit of oaky spice too, cinnamon stick kinda thing. Sip hits soft at first, then that honeyed malt rolls in 🍯 followed by a gentle prickle of ginger and a wee puff of peat smoke 🔥—not overwhelming, just a bonfire on a distant beach. Finish is surprisinly long, with a bit of dried apricot and a salty tang that lingers... makes me think of salted caramel 🧂🍬 and old leather armchairs. Honestly, it’s like wrapping yerself in a wool blanket next to a dying fire. Proper cosy dram.

Quite cosy on the nose — honey, soft oak, a bit of pear and orange peel 🍊 Tastes gently sweet, with vanilla, light spice and a wee dry finish. Easy-going, warming, and a bit moreish.

Oh wow, that's quite the sensory experience! 🥃 Starting wiv the nose - imediately getting honey and fresh apples, maybe a touch of pear there too. 🍯🍎 The palate is where it really opens up though. There's this beautifull sweetness, almost like toffee, but then a lovely kick of spice comes through. Cinnamon and maybe a hint of ginger? Really warming stuff. A bit of vanilla comes through aswell, and I'm getting some oakyness that grounds the whole thing nicely. Some dark fruit notes creep in too - plum perhaps? 🍐 The finish just lingers beautifuly - long and satisfying with that smoke coming thru at the end. Proper good stuff this, absolutley cracking! 🤌 Could drink this all evening tbh.

Smoky peat hits you first – like a campfire. 🌲 Then there's a sweet toffe note, maybe honey. Fruity hints on the finish with a bit of oak. Quite warming, really enjoyed it! 👍
