Oh mate, what a proper dram this is! 🥃 First sip and I'm getting all sorts of lovely things - honey, maybe some vanilla, touch of caramel sweetness that just coats the tongue nicely. There's a wee bit of fruitiness there too, like baked apples or pears? Hard to pin down but it's gorgeous tbh. The finish is where it really shines imo - got this warm, slightly smoky thing going on, lingers for ages. You can taste the oak influence, really well balanced. Smooth as anything, not harsh at all. Perfect for a quiet evening innit 🫠 Would deffo have another glass of this one. Cheers! 🥂
