Right then, just had a proper belter of a dram. First hit, like warm, crumbly biscuits straight out the oven 🍂. Then a lovely bit of stewed apple and pear, kinda sweet but not too much. A right lovely, gentle warmth spreads. Not burnin', just... comfortin'. Thinkin' of sittin' by a fire 🔥. There's a whisper of somethin' herbal, maybe thyme? Finish is all toffee and a bit of nutty wood. Proper long. Makes you want another wee sip, and you know it's good when that happens. A lovely drop, that. 👍 Tho, I might be getin' a bit of dried fig now? Hard to tell. The glass is nearly empty. That tells you all you need to know, really.
