Oh, that’s lovely. First sip, you get this warm, like... baked apple and honey 🍎🍯. Then it sort of mellows, turns a bit woody, maybe vanilla. There’s a hint of smoke, but not a bonfire, more like a distant autumn log fire. Finish is long, a bit spicy, with a touch of dried fruit. Really comforting. Makes you think of a cozy evening. Nose is all pear and a whisper of almond. Hmm, that vanilla note sticks around. Really nice. A proper autumn dram, that. 🍂🥃
