First off, the nose is lovely – gettin' some fresh apple and a hint of smoke. On the palate, it's real smooth with a touch of honey and maybe some vanilla sneakin' in. The finish has a gentle spice that warms you up nicely. 😊 Not too shabby for a wee dram on a cold night. 👍
