Lovely warm sip — a bit of honey, soft oak, dried fruit and a wee spicy tingle. Feels cosy, slightly smoky, with a smooth sweet finish 🥃✨

# 🥃 Right, so here's my thoughts... Nose is well light and fruity init - getting loads of pears and apples, maybe a squeeze of lemon too. Quite fresh, not heavy at all 🍐 First sip... oh that's creamy. Vanilla comes through lovely, with a subtle bit of smoke lurking in the backgroud. Like a distant bonfire on a autumn evening 🔥 Then there's some spice notes - cinnamon maybe? Touch of nutmeg? Hard to pin down but it's warming and cozy. Finsih is decent, not too long. Hints of orange peel and something nutty. Quite moorish tbf. Overall it's a proper pleasant dram for a quiet night in. Simple but well crafted, sometimes you don't need all the fancy bells and whistles aye? 👌 Would pair lovely with some mature cheddar and a good book. Deffo having another glass later 🧀 *rating: solid 7/10, would recommend*

Right, so this one's got a proper warmth to it... 🔥 Smooth going down, like a hug from the inside. Maybe hints of... caramel? Dunno, but it’s cozy. Wudn’t say no to another glass. 😌

Gotta say, this one's proper nice. Bit of fig and honey on the nose 🍯, like a fancy pudding. Tastes a bit like spiced apple cake with a smoky edge. Fancin' it with a drop of water. Really opens up. There's a hint of lemon peel and cinnamon that lingers. Might be a bit strong neat, but the oak flavour is lovely. 🍋

Okay, so first nose... wow, it's like walking into an old fruit barn 🍎🍎. Really ripe apples and a hint of pear, but then there's this deep, warm note underneath. Took a sip... Smooth, but with a proper kick. I get this lovely caramel sweetness 🍯, a bit of vanilla, and then a slightly spicy, woody taste comes through. It's like the flavour just unfolds in your mouth. The finish is long and warming. Leaves a taste of dried fruit and a whisper of smoke 🔥. Really satisfying. Aye, it's a proper fireside dram, that one. 👍
