Oh, that first nosing is like a warm slice of fruitcake left out in a carpenter’s workshop 🍰🪚 There’s a wee prickle of spice, cinnamon maybe, and a dusty sort of sweetness—almost like old honey. Sippin’ it, it’s surprisin’ly oily, coats the tongue proper. Get a burst of dried apple and a nutty, malty backbone. The finish lingers with a soft, peppery glow and just a whisper of seaside brine. Right cosy dram, this one. 👍

Right then, just poured a dram. First whiff is proper lovely - like walking into a baker's with some vanilla custard tarts coming out the oven. 🍰 Gets a bit spicy on the tongue, mind you. A touch of cinnamon and... is that black pepper? Makes me think of a winter fireside chat. 🔥 The finish? Oh, it just lingers there, warm and smooth. Got this nice woody, slightly sweet aftertaste. Like a really good cuppa tea but with a cheeky kick. ☕ Overall, smashing stuff for a quiet evening. Would happily have another. 👍

Cheers mate. Just popped a cork. Nose is peaty, like bonfire wood an' syrup. Taste is smooth, creamy wit vanilla nods. Goin' down easy, no scratch. Finish sticks around warmly. Definetly grabbing another soon 😋🥃
